1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to ‘The Big Cotswolds Raffle’ organized by The Oxford Lighting Company Ltd in aid of Dementia UK. By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

2. Operator Information

The Oxford Lighting Company is responsible for organizing, managing, and administering the raffle in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005, as overseen by the Gambling Commission.

3. Eligibility

• Entrants must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom.

• Employees of The Oxford Lighting Company Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• The raffle is void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

• Each raffle ticket costs £5 and is available for purchase on https://fixr.co/event/the-big-cotswolds-raffle-tickets-760413971 

• The raffle is limited to 3,500 entries, but there is no limit on the number of tickets an entrant can purchase.

• Entry opens on 19/10/2024 and closes on 23/12/2024 Late entries will not be accepted.

5. Payment

• Payment for raffle tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• All payments are non-refundable unless the raffle is canceled by The Oxford Lighting Company Ltd. 

6. Prize(s)

• The prizes for this raffle are listed on TheOxfordLightingCompany.com

• The Oxford Lighting Company Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable

• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

7. Winner Selection

• The winners will be selected at random using a software method on or around 24/12/2024.

• The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.

• The winners will be notified via email, social media and/or phone within 1-7 days of the draw.

8. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must claim their prize within 7 days from the date of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this period,The Oxford Lighting Company Ltd reserves the right to draw a new winner or donate the prize to charity.

• The prize will be delivered to the winner via at no additional cost.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information collected for the raffle will only be used for the purpose of administering the raffle, including notifying and delivering the prize to the winner.

• The Oxford Lighting Company Ltd complies with GDPR and will not share entrants’ information with third parties, except as required by law unless otherwise authorised by the participant.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Oxford Lighting Company Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

• The Oxford Lighting Company Ltd is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical or internet issues.

• Please remember that the purchase of raffle tickets should be seen as a donation to Dementia UK, not an investment or guaranteed return.

12. Amendments and Cancellations

• The Oxford Lighting Company Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the raffle in case of unforeseen circumstances or if it cannot be conducted fairly or safely.

13. Governing Law
